On September 27th, Shakira and Cardi B will headline the Global Citizen Festival, along with ROSÉ, Tyla, Ayra Starr, Mariah the Scientist, Camilo, and Elyanna. Along with host Hugh Jackman, join them in Central Park for a day of music and action.
