The Romans are here and it’s time to celebrate! You’re invited to first-ever National Pinsa Day, brought to you by Di Marco, the creators of modern pinsa who are bringing this iconic Italian specialty straight from Rome to the U.S. 

To mark the occasion, Di Marco is hosting a special NYC activation at Eataly NYC Flatiron featuring food and immersive street experiences inspired by the spirit of Rome.
