Summer Streets 2026

Summer Streets is an annual celebration of New York City's most valuable public space – our streets.

On select summer Saturdays our city’s usual traffic noise and honking horns will be replaced with open streets teeming with walkers, bikers, runners, and performers.

Discover a wealth of free cultural programs, performances, fitness classes, interactive art, giveaways, and much more as you experience the city in this whole new way.

Queens and Staten Island on July 25 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Manhattan on August 1 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Manhattan on August 8 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Manhattan on August 15 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Brooklyn and The Bronx on August 22 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
