For a limited time, they are opening the doors to a thoughtfully designed Mat Pilates studio in Brooklyn. This pop-up brings the classes you know and love into a grounded, accessible mat format—focused on strength, control, and mindful movement. Your favorite signature classes, designed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, reimagined on the mat.
