For those that RSVP’d, at the Aunts et Uncles’ Brooklyn Museum pop-up, Summer House, we’ll serve:

• BoomBoomBap: A take on bibimbap, with coconut 🥥 rice, oxtail-seasoned lion’s mane 🍄‍🟫 mushroom, pickled 🥒cucumbers, radish, and mango 🥭 chow.

• BoomBap Bread: Cornbread 🍞 with cornmeal, Oatly Oat Milk, coconut cream, rosemary butter.

• Matcha Latte: Of course, made with Oatly. 🍵
