To celebrate one year since Furby’s return to Earth, Hasbro will begin rolling out Furby Wuz Here, a campaign and activation that brings delightfully weird mischievous moments to NYC, stopping passersby in their tracks, encouraging them to take photos, and making them think “what happened here?!” The imaginative new world that is Furby’s NYC will include:
FURBY’s Crib: A consumer activation and social media content factory where Furby has mischievously found his way into their new NYC crib and given it an extreme makeover including lava lamps, disco balls, nostalgic 90s posters and of course, fur-lined everything.
Mischievous Moments: Surprise & delight moments all over the city, like giant Furby footprints left in wet cement, paint and glitter on city sidewalks and “upcycled” furry objects from lampposts and bicycles to cars that Furby felt needed a little love.
