Join Rockefeller Center and Balsam Hill in welcoming this year's Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree to Midtown!

This year's Tree Arrival Family Festivities Presented by Balsam Hill® boasts a day of fun for the whole family as the iconic Christmas Tree makes it's way onto the Plaza. Programming will run from 10:00am-1:00pm on South Plaza, featuring:

• Performances by The Rock and Roll Playhouse: The largest performer of kid-friendly live concerts in the nation will be performing classic holiday covers on the Balsam Hill stage.

• Book Readings: Join McNally Jackson for storytimes on the plaza - and if you purchase a book in-store enjoy complimentrary gift wrapping.

• Letters to Santa: Kickoff the holiday season with a letter to Santa and we'll send it out straight to the North Pole!

• Ornament Making: Join artist Lu Ann Kaldor to create your own ornament in the likeness of the iconic Clarebout Angels featured in our Channel Gardens or help Balsam Hill decorate one of their beautiful trees with your own creation

• Caricature Artists: Get a caricature portrait done by one of our professional artists.

The event will also feature complimentary face painting, balloon animals and more!

Tree Arrival Family Festivities Presented by Balsam Hill® is free and open to the public. Guests to register in advance will receive a complimentary holiday treat at check-in. Registration is closed but walk-ins are always welcome.
