This week: free cookies, ice cream, fresh produce, and pizza! NYC for FREE is taking over Saint Pizza in the East Village on Friday night. Stop by to hang out and for some delicious free pizza! On Saturday, NYC celebrates Earth Day (and 4/20) across all five boroughs with so many community and pop-up events.

🍪Free Aladdin Cookie at Schmackary’s (April 18): Its the 10th year anniversary of Aladdin on Broadway and New Yorkers will be granted free cookies and meet the Genie, Michael James Scott (362 W 45th St)

🍕Slice Out Hunger: $1 Pizza Party (April 18): Enjoy your favorite slices of pizza for $1, with all sales benefitting hunger relief organizations. Top pizza spots like Di Fara, Lucali, Mama’s TOO!, Saint Pizza, Unregular and more are participating! (155 Sullivan St)

🍦Sundae Softees (April 18-20): Sundae School is back with Bloom for the People to celebrate 4/20. They are giving out ice cream & goodies across NYC (Free locations: Washington Sq Park on Thursday & Bowery Showroom on Saturday) 

🍕NYC for FREE Saint Pizza Takeover (April 19): NYC for FREE is taking over Saint Pizza! Join us from 7-9pm for FREE pizza from this new East Village pizza spot. RSVP to let us know you’re coming (& so we can plan how much pizza to make!) (223 Avenue B)

MALIN+GOETZ 20th Anniversary Block Party (April 20): Celebrate 20 years with MALIN+GOETZ for a one day takeover of Nolita with deals, gifts with purchase, and treats from local businesses (235 Elizabeth St)

🍏Farmacy Farmer’s Market & Farm Stand (April 19 - 21): In celebration of Earth Month, Farmacy Beauty is popping up in NYC for one weekend only to bring farm fresh skincare straight to you. They will be hosting two pop-ups: the Farmer’s Market in SoHo, and the Farm Stand in Union Square

🎵 iNDIEPLAZA Record Store Day 2024 (April 20): Rough Trade and Rockefeller Center will present the third-annual indieplaza festival on Record Store Day. The festival celebrates independent music, minds, and merchandise, and will once again welcome indie to midtown Manhattan

🌀Daedalum at Lincoln Center (Wed-Sun through April 21): Architects of Air's Daedalum is a free interactive art experience. This giant labyrinth is formed out of 19 egg-shaped domes. This multi-sensory light, color  & sound experience is great for both adults and kids
