This week, we have a bunch of free dessert pop-ups, including boozy ice cream, Thanksgiving doughnuts, crumb cake, chocolate and more. The holiday season is starting to pick up, with tons of announcements on tree lightings and holiday installations. In next week’s newsletter, there will be a dedicated holiday section with a roundup of all the free holiday events and displays.

🍨 Tipsy Scoop x Rocky Free Sundaes & Flights (November 9): Tipsy Scoop is partnering with Rocky (new user-generated app for content creation) and giving out 150 free boozy flights or sundaes (+ chance to win $500 if you upload content!) (217 E 26th Street)
🍩 McCormick x Dough Doughnuts Holiday Bites (November 8 - 9): McCormick and Dough Doughnuts have created a limited-edition collection of holiday-themed doughnut bites. 🍪 Entenmann's 125th Anniversary (November 8): Celebrate Entenmann's 125th anniversary with a food truck giving out free Banana Crunch Cake and Ultimate Crumb Cake. The truck will start downtown at Battery Park and make its way north throughout the day
🏠 SHEIN Home for the Holidays (November 9 - 12): This festive SHEIN Pop-up experience will have free treats (donuts, drinks, totes), games, and photo-worthy moments + shop for the holiday season (1540 Broadway)
🍫 Kinderland (November 10 - 11): Step inside Kinderland, a whimsical, chocolate-y fantasyland filled with activities for both kids and adults, plus you’ll be among the first to enjoy the new Kinder chocolate bar (477 Broadway)
🧀 Murray’s Cheese Emmentaler Event (November 11): Watch experts break down a giant 200lb wheel of Emmentaler, then enjoy fresh-from-the-wheel samples, fondue, and perfect pairings (254 Bleecker)
🍸 SJP Sip & Shop Happy Hour (November 9, 16, 30): What’s more New York than Sarah Jessica Parker and Cosmos? Stop by the Sip & Shop Happy Hour for free pours of The Perfect Cosmo by SJP (385 Bleecker Street)
🥾 Timberland Stoop Pop-Up (November 11): The next Timberland Stoop event will be in the Bronx with a live performance by Shell X, food from the Bronx Brewery, a beading workshop, and more (Fordham Plaza)

✨ Field of Light at Freedom Plaza (opens December 15): Field of Light is a FREE public art installation this winter in NYC! It will feature an array of 17,000 lowlight, fiber-optic stemmed spheres. Guests will be fully immersed in the installation as they walk the winding path through the ethereal painted landscape.
