October might be one of the busiest months of the year, with all the fall festivals and Halloween events in NYC! + In case you missed it, Manhattan just opened up its first public beach this week. Better late than never!

UPCOMING EVENTS (THIS WEEK):
🏝️Gansevoort Peninsula: Manhattan's first public beachfront just opened at Hudson River Park as part of Gansevoort Peninsula. There is a public beach, sports field, a beachfront landing for kayaks, 20 million oysters, gardens and more. It is the largest park built in New York City since Central Park.
🥯Feltz Bagels (through October 31): Head to Feltz Bagels, the only bagel shop in Manhattan where everything is handmade of felt by artist Lucy Sparrow. This immersive art exhibit is free to enter but everything is also for purchase (209 East 3rd Street)
✨Burberry Goddess Pop-Up (October 6 - 8): The new Burberry Goddess fragrance will come to life via an immersive installation this weekend with free samples and more (Gansevoort Plaza)
💐 Fleurs de Villes VOYAGE (October 6 - 15): Head to Hudson Yards for a fresh floral journey of discovery to iconic global destinations, created by New York City's talented florists.
🍩OUI The People Sampling Truck (October 6 - 7): OUI the People will be hosting a sampling truck to celebrate their launch in Sephora with free samples, doughnuts, refreshments and more (Williamsburg and SoHo)
🏀 A History of Basketball in Fifteen Sneakers - Book & Product Drop (October 10): To celebrate the book on sale, there will be free book & product drops at iconic basketball courts in NYC
🧠 Project Healthy Minds' World Mental Health Day Festival (October 10): Join the second-annual World Mental Health Day Festival at Hudson Yards. There will be free panels, mindfulness and meditation classes, and more

🎃Pumpkin Point at Governors Island (October 21-22, 28-29): Visitors are invited to pick out their own pumpkins and enjoy fall activities on Governors Island
🎃 Pumpkin Flotilla (October 26): Head to the Harlem Meer to watch the jack-o’-lanterns float by in New York’s largest pumpkin flotilla, plus there will also be a family-friendly event full of magic, entertainment, and music
