For the first time in the history of New York City, there will be a Bombolone Festival featuring creations of home chefs and professionals alike. Go beyond donuts, with this special collaboration between the Underground Donut Tour, Essex Market and Unregular Bakery.

Guests who sign up will be able to enjoy a variety of bomboloni throughout the event, and there will be contestants who will show off their bombolone making skills for the world to see, with a jury of chefs, food content creators and food authors from the New York culinary scene and beyond.

The festival will take place on February 9th 2024 from 10AM to 4PM. One winner will be selected on February 9th, 2024.
