This week: A few Spring, Mental Health and Wellness Festivals (May is Mental Health Awareness Month!), including Sound Mind Festival, Harlem Wellness Festival, and Sound & Color at Brooklyn Bridge Park. Plus, beauty pop-ups with mayo manicures, purple ice cream & free hot tools!

UPCOMING EVENTS (THIS WEEK):
💇🏻♀️The Mane Attraction (May 17): Don’t be a tool and visit The Mane Attraction! Donate your old hot tools (first 50 will receive The Three Way Multi-Use Flat Iron), enjoy free Mane goodies, and get sweet surprises (40 E 14th St)

🌭Hot Dog in the City: Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest (May 17): There’s a giant hot dog in the middle of Times Square through June 13, and this Friday there will be a hot dog contest! The winners will compete at the 2024 Nathan’s Famous International Hot Dog Eating Contest in Coney Island on July 4th (Times Square)
🩵Sound Mind Festival for Mental Health (May 18): Sound Mind is coming to Brooklyn and it's FREE for everyone - a day party with a purpose, a creative collaboration between artists, musicians, mental health organizations, and more! (2 Wyckoff Ave)
🪁 Sound & Color! Spring Festival (May 18): Join for this day-long festival of colors, culture, spring and unity, to herald the arrival of Spring with kite flying, live musical performances, food vendors, and activities for the whole family (Brooklyn Bridge Park)
🛍️Hypebeast Flea New York (May 18 - 19): Hypebeast Flea New York is a weekend-long celebration of New York's creative community, with a curated market of more than 30 vendors. Depop will also be giving away $10,000 worth of one-of-a-kind, Depop-sourced pieces via claw machine (73 West Street)
